Monday- practice till 5:15pm. Long run day
Tuesday- practice till 5:15pm. Threshold running.

Wednesday- to be decided.
*The next two weeks we have big races on Thursday, so we will discuss practice possibilities on Monday. Also, our TCC Championship race is Wednesday, 10/29
